Returns & Exchange Policy
We strive to ensure you are satisfied and we want you to love what you have ordered. If something isn't right we offer a refund or exchange please notify us within 7 days upon delivery.
EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM VIA OUR ONLINE STORE
If you would like to exchange your item(s) please advise us and follow the easy steps below:
- Fill in the information on the Online Return and Exchange Form which you can download Here and tick ‘Exchange’.
- Complete the details of the exchange under 'items for exchange'
- Enclose the Online Return and Exchange Form within the returns parcel. Returns can take up to 5 working days( plus transit time) to process.
- Ensure items are returned in their original condition, including packaging. Please do not use tape on the original shoes boxes or use as the external packaging.
- Items will need to be receive by us within 30 days from the date of original purchase for exchange.
InterAktiv Wear – Online Returns

- We recommend sending your returns via Registered post with tracking as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
- Upon receipt, we will assess the item’s fit for return and then notify you of your approved exchange. Returns that have been worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
- Please try on shoes on a soft and clean surface before they are worn. We will not accept shoes returned with sole or insole markings or scratches.
- Customers will be responsible for return postage costs.
- All eligible exchanges will be dispatched to you free of charge.

If you would like to refund your item(s) please advise us and follow the easy steps below:
- Fill in the information on the Online Return and Exchange Form which you download Here and complete the ‘Item For Return’ section.
- Enclose the Online Return and Exchange Form within the returns parcel. Returns can take up to 5 working days to process once we're received them.
- Ensure items are returned in their original condition, including packaging.

- Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for all returns.
- Freight cost for express post are not refundable.
