A: Yes. From your shopping cart you will be able to add or delete as many items as you want as long as the order hasn’t been processed.

A: Yes, you can cancel your order. If you order has already been shipped you will have to return the delivery once it arrives at your chosen address.

A: All our footwear go through rigorous inspection both at the factory and once received into our warehouse, but in the unlikely case that you receive a damaged item please get in touch with our Customer Service at infor@interaktivhealth.com.au or phone 1300 720 912

CORRECT USE AND MAINTENANCE
Q: How long will my footwear last?
A:The life span of professional footwear is directly linked to your work conditions and how well you take care of them. When your sole is flat and has no texture, it means it is time for new shoes.
Q: How do I take care of my Footwear?
- For Suecos Footwear : cleaning, hand wash them with warm water and soap, dry on open air or with a dry cloth. Do not expose to temperatures above 50ºC or place them near heat sources, they could get deformed and lose quality.
- For Dian Footwear the following styles can be machined washes up to 40ºC
- Marsella, Florencia, Valencia, Calpe, Costa, Mar, Altea, EVA Plus, EVA
