All prices are correct at time of printing and are Inclusive GST, however prices may change without notice. In an effort to maintain competitive pricing, we suggest you call our customer service team for the latest prices.
Pricing may vary from time to time due to external forces outside of our control or specials we may offer or pass on from the manufacturer.
All Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and are Inclusive of GST and without delivery costs.
Payment is greatly appreciated via the following methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard or Paypals
  • Electronic Funds Transfer ( transfer bank fee/charges at remitter's cost)

Payment required before dispatch of goods.

InterAktiv ( Company) will not be responsible for performance or accuracy of custom orders.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 Hours of order confirmation/ payment.

Goods that are out of stock at time of ordering will be placed on back order and a customer service representative will contact you with expected delivery times.

  • Export

All price quotes are in Australian Dollars (AUS$) and exclude freight costs, duties & taxes, customs clearance, bank transfer fees, internal land freight cost and any other costs incurred within the importing country.

Export orders will only be shipped complete( no back orders).

Delivery charges are at additional cost ( unless otherwise stated) on all orders except items back ordered from the original shipment. Export orders will only be shipped complete( no back orders).

Simply send back shoes for a exchange or refund.

  • Must be in its original packaging 
  • New, unworn condition
  • We are unable to accept shoes with damaged soles or dirty marks
  • Sizing guides are provided to help select the right size for you, including a foot length guide to help your select the right size, however please select carefully and ensure your selected size is suitable for your foot size. 

If your exchanging for a different size, please include a self addressed post satchel so we can provide an even exchange.

Please keep your proof of purchase - eg: Receipt, Tax Invoice.

All goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a clean, new condition. 

Refunds are provided on the cost of goods only( inc GST), where applicable freight/delivery costs are not refundable.

Cost of return freight is at the customers expense.

Due to hygiene concerns some items may not be returnable.

  • Warranties

All goods are supplied with the original manufacturers warranty per the warranty statement issued in the products user manual.

Warranties cover parts and materials used in the manufacture of the product.

Warranties will not apply to defects resulting from improper use, operator error, use outside of manufacturers specifications and the limits of products intended use, if proper maintenance and cleaning has not been maintained.

InterAktiv (the company) shall not be liable for any failure to perform the contracts or supply any goods or materials; or for any delays or non deliveries due to strikes, fires, explosions, floods, riots, civil unrest, military unrest, lockouts, injunctions, interruptions in manufacturing or transport, accidents, inability to obtain supplies, war, government action, or any other circumstances beyond the companies control.
